tilt  > Nature > The Everglades
While visiting Miami, we took a little excursion to the amazing Everglades National Park. It was only a 45 minute drive from Miami Beach, but it was like stepping onto a different planet. Unfortunately, the ecosystem there is under severe pressure from the water demands of Miami and southern Florida - it may not be around for the next generation to enjoy. Go there while you still can!
